1. Platform Role & Scope of Services

DL Trips acts as an Online Travel Facilitator ("OTA Aggregator") connecting users with third-party travel service providers, including commercial airlines, hotel properties, tour operators, and global distribution system (GDS) partners.

• Facilitator Status: DL Trips does not own or operate airlines, aircraft, or hotel properties. The contract for actual transport or lodging service is directly between you and the respective supplier (airline or hotel).
• Supplier Conditions: All bookings are subject to the specific terms and conditions, fare rules, baggage policies, and conditions of carriage mandated by the airline or hotel supplier.

2. User Eligibility & Account Security

To register an account or make purchases on DL Trips:

• You must be at least 18 years of age and possess the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Indian law.
• You agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information regarding yourself and all co-travelers during booking.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (password and OTPs) and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Passenger Identity & Travel Documentation

It is the sole responsibility of the passenger/booker to ensure:

• Name Matching: Passenger names entered during booking MUST match exact spelling on valid government-issued photo ID (Aadhaar, Passport, Driving License, Voter ID).
• Passport & Visa Validity: For international travel, passengers must hold a passport valid for at least 6 months from the date of travel, along with applicable transit or entry visas. DL Trips is not liable for boarding denial due to invalid documents.
• Check-in & Schedule Adherence: Passengers must adhere to airport reporting times recommended by airlines (2 hours prior for domestic, 3-4 hours for international).

5. Referral Program & Influencer Commissions

DL Trips offers a gamified referral program for influencers and users. Participation is subject to fair use rules:

• Referral commissions are credited upon completion of valid, flown travel itineraries booked via unique referral links.
• Self-referral fraud, fake accounts, automated bot bookings, or misleading advertisement of referral codes is strictly prohibited.
• DL Trips reserves the right to audit commission claims, hold suspicious payouts, or terminate accounts engaging in fraudulent activities.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
